TypeSpawn Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Kosma Co LLC, Las Vegas, Nevada ("we"), for using TypeSpawn at typespawn.com. By creating an account you agree to them and confirm you've read our Privacy Notice. Guests who play without an account agree to the rules in sections 4 and 5.

2. Who can have an account

You must be 13 or older to create an account yourself. Children under 13 may only have an account set up by a parent or legal guardian who gives consent, or by a school for classroom use. Parents are responsible for their children's accounts. If you're 13 to 17, please review these terms with a parent or guardian.

3. Your account

You sign in with Google or a one-time email link, and you're responsible for keeping that email account secure. Give accurate information, and don't share, sell or transfer your account. You can delete your account at any time from the account menu.

4. Play fair and be kind

Don't cheat, use bots or scripts to play, or exploit bugs. Report bugs to us instead.
Don't harass, threaten or impersonate anyone, or share anyone's personal information.
Don't use player names, word lists or rulesets that are offensive, hateful, sexual or misleading.
Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of TypeSpawn.

We can remove names and content, and suspend or close accounts, that break these rules. Where it's fair and practical, we'll tell you why.

5. Things you make

You keep ownership of the rulesets and word lists you create. When you share them publicly on TypeSpawn, you let us host, display and adapt them for the service. Only share things you have the right to share.

6. The alpha

TypeSpawn is in alpha. Features, rules and progress may change or be reset. Founder badges earned during the alpha carry into launch.

7. Our content

TypeSpawn, Keyboarmon, their characters, art and software belong to Kosma Co LLC. We give you a personal, non-commercial right to play. Don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service except where the law allows.

8. Emails

We send service emails, such as sign-in links and important account notices. News and launch updates are sent only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe any time.

9. Disclaimers and limits

TypeSpawn is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $50 or what you paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is more. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Ending things

You can stop using TypeSpawn and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms, or end the service with reasonable notice.

11. Law and disputes

Nevada law governs these terms, except where the law of your home country or state gives you protections that can't be waived. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem informally.

12. Changes

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll update the version above and ask account holders to accept the new version before continuing.
